How it works

A trainer comes to you, anywhere from the town centre and Forbury Square to Thames Valley Park, Green Park, Winnersh Triangle and the business parks along the M4.

Courses run on realistic sample data built around the kind of work your team does, so the day feels like the job rather than a textbook exercise.

Groups of up to eight work best, because past that the trainer stops being able to see what everybody is doing.

One day on site, not a series of lunchtime webinars nobody finishes.

Why on site rather than a London course

Reading is twenty-five minutes from Paddington, which is exactly why sending people into London for training looks harmless here. It rarely is. Tickets and the crossing to the venue add up, a full day of output is gone for every delegate, and the team comes back with as many versions of the method as there were seats. One trainer in your own meeting room covers the whole team at once and leaves everyone working the same way.

We cover Reading and the wider Thames Valley, including Thames Valley Park, Green Park, Winnersh Triangle, Theale and Arlington Business Park, and out to Wokingham, Bracknell, Newbury and Basingstoke. On-site delivery carries a travel cost, and we quote it up front with the course.
