Copilot licences deliver the most when people know how to use them. This programme brings our Copilot courses together into a clear sequence, so every group in your organisation gets the right training at the right point in the rollout.
It starts with a short AI literacy session for everyone, so people understand what AI is, how to use it safely and what your policy says. Copilot for Business then gives users hands-on practice across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Teams who live in particular apps go deeper with our Copilot for Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or Power BI courses.
Finally, Copilot Champions prepares a group of enthusiastic users to support colleagues, share prompts and keep momentum going after the trainers leave. We plan the programme with you around your rollout dates, your groups and the apps your people use most.

Do we have to book every stage?+
No. The programme is a recommended path, and we build it around what your organisation needs. Many organisations start with stages 1 and 2 and add the others as the rollout progresses.
How long does the programme take?+
It depends on the path. Stages 1 and 2 together take a day and a half per person, and a champion who takes every stage spends up to three and a half days, spread over the weeks of your rollout. We plan the timing with you.
Can different groups take different paths?+
Yes. Most organisations give everyone stages 1 and 2, then choose app-specific courses by team and a smaller group for Champions.
Can it be delivered on-site?+
Yes. Each stage can run live in a virtual classroom or at your offices, or as a mix of both.
