Copilot helps individuals work faster. Copilot Studio lets you build agents that answer questions and complete tasks for a whole team, such as an HR policy assistant, an IT help agent or a project status agent grounded in your own documents.
During the day you build a working agent from a blank page. You write clear instructions, add knowledge sources such as SharePoint sites and files, design topics for the conversations that matter most, and connect actions so the agent can look things up or start a process with Power Automate.
You also cover testing, publishing to Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the good governance habits that keep agents accurate and secure. You leave with a working agent and a repeatable method for building the next one.
