Power Automate handles the steps of a process. AI handles the judgement in between: reading an invoice, sorting an email by topic, drafting a reply or pulling key facts from a form. This course shows you how to combine the two into automations that handle real, messy business inputs.
You start by describing a flow in plain English and letting Copilot build it, then refine it. Next you use AI Builder models to extract data from documents and classify text, and add AI prompt actions that summarise or draft content inside a flow. Finally you connect flows to a Copilot Studio agent so it can take action on a user's behalf.
Throughout the day you design automations with a human approval step where it matters, and learn how to test, monitor and improve AI-powered flows so they stay reliable.
