New to AI? Start here

If your team has licences but no plan, start with the basics. These three short courses give everyone a shared understanding of what AI can do, how to ask for it well, and how to use it responsibly. Nothing technical, no jargon.

Begin with AI for Business Fundamentals, which explains what today's AI tools do well and where people still need to check the output.

Then Prompt Engineering Foundations, a hands-on day on asking for what you actually want and getting usable results first time.

And AI Literacy for Staff, a half day that covers responsible everyday use and supports EU AI Act Article 4 staff training.

Planning a Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout? Our free Copilot Rollout Checklist walks through the seven stages, with an owner for every step.

Three levels

Choose by level

The Academy runs in three levels. Most teams start at level one and move up as confidence grows.

Level one: foundations for everyone

Shared language and safe, confident everyday use. AI for Business Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering Foundations and AI Literacy for Staff.

Level two: apply it in your tools and your role

Put AI to work where the day already happens. The Copilot course ladder covers Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Power BI, and role courses cover managers, marketing, sales, finance and HR.

Level three: build, govern and lead

Go further: build custom agents with Copilot Studio, automate with Power Automate, set direction with AI Strategy for Leaders, and put governance in place with Copilot Administration and Governance.

By role

Choose by role

Same technology, very different working days. These courses use examples and exercises from the role itself, so people practise on the work they actually do.

AI for Managers leads a team through AI adoption: where it helps, how to set expectations and how to keep quality up.

AI Strategy for Leaders sets direction across an organisation, from priorities to guardrails.

AI for Marketing Teams, AI for Sales Teams, AI for Finance Teams and AI for HR each apply the same skills to that function's everyday work.

Copilot Champions prepares the people who will support everyone else once training finishes.

By tool

Choose by tool

Already have Microsoft 365 Copilot? Train people in the app they live in. Each course is focused on one tool, so the whole session is practice that transfers straight back to the desk.

Copilot for Business is the broad introduction across the Microsoft 365 apps.

Then go deep: Copilot for Word, Copilot for Outlook, Copilot for Excel, Copilot for PowerPoint, Copilot for Teams and Copilot for Power BI.

To automate the work around the tools, AI Agents and Automation with Power Automate builds flows and agents that run without being asked.

Programmes

Rolling it out across a whole organisation

When AI is going to everyone rather than one team, a sequence works better than a single course. Our two programmes stage the learning so each step builds on the last.

The Copilot Rollout Programme takes an organisation from AI literacy, through Copilot for Business and the app-specific sessions, to a trained champion network.

The AI Leadership Programme takes leaders and managers from strategy, through leading adoption, to governance and responsible use.

Both are built around your rollout, so the pace and the mix of courses are yours to set. Tell us the headcount and the timeline and we will put a plan together.
